Mentors

New to the Cinders? A mentor hunts with you while you learn. Characters up to level 79 on an account up to 60 days old can pick a mentor in the game (Social > Mentors). In a party with your mentor you get +10% experience and take 5% less damage from monsters, as long as your mentor is not far above the monsters you hunt. You graduate at level 200, and both of you get a reward.

Veterans (a level 150 character, 100 hours of play, an account at least 30 days old) can mentor up to 3 apprentices and earn Mentor Marks for titles, cosmetics and supplies, never power.
